About Project

Paterson Simons’s objective with their newsletter was to remind customers that they are a gritty, on-the-ground brand, familiar with the rigors of the African environment. Using actual stories of their engineers and sales staff on the ground in the region we refocused their messaging: they have the skills, know-how and experience to sell, service and maintain world-class equipment to world-class standards anywhere in west Africa. We combined company specific content with general sector news to create an appealing web-based newsletter. We are now in the third year of issue.
